Monty Python together again

The five surviving members of the Monty Python comedy group are planning to announce Thursday (two days from now) that they will be reuniting in a new stage show, Terry Jones has confirmed.

Wonder how much they will change their humour to fit 'today'. Satire is satire but sometimes old satire is lame.

Surreal yes. Satire? They could take the piss out of things, especially in the films, but I wouldn't say that was the major part of their output.

I think Monty Python is one of those things that doesn't have to change much. Surreal and random humor is still quite popular (just look at some of the most popular cartoons), as is slapstick.
