Other movies like "Dying Young?"

I'm looking for more movies (or books) involving patient/caregiver love relationships, kind of like in "Dying Young" with Julia Roberts. It doesn't necessarily have to be sexual, just a "something out of the ordinary" sort of love.

I want to write something with this theme, and want to get an idea what else is out there. Thanks.
