agency contracts

Can someone suggest -- or even just tell me? --where I might quickly find out what standard agency contracts include? I have been offered one and the terms seem reasonable, and I have no reason to mistrust the agent, but think I just "ought" to double-check. Thanks!

Why doesn't anyone ever mention the name of the agency or agent in these kinds of questions? If we know something about them, it might mean that there are other things to watch out for than just their contracts.

Yes, mention the agent. It is not like giving away some big secret. No one is going to come in under you and try and 'steal' your agent away.

But anyways, what does YOUR contract include?
