Well, I'm off

I have my bags all packed (and a stinking cold) and in a little bit I'll be catching a train and going off to Hadrians Wall. I am gonna walk several miles of it (for charity)in the company of my mum, my aunt and a couple of their friends.

I can access the internet while I'm away, using my phone, but it'll be spotty so I probably won't be commenting till I get back.

I'm looking forward to walking there and I'm hoping I have a great time!

Well, I'm back.

It was... pretty hard going, there. 35 miles in total and the last two days on pretty rough terrain. Day two involved freezing rain in the face for five solid hours. But I'm glad I did it.
