Got a rejection from a children's book publisher today for my picture book manuscript. It was a form rejection, but as form rejections go, it wasn't bad. It suggested places to look for other children's book publishers.
I'm trying not to feel too bummed about it, but not successful so far. Ah well, give it time. At least I have taken the first step on the road to fulfilling my pledge of 10 rejections.
