Freelance editor reccomendation help

Hi guys, some time ago I remember seeing a thread where an editor was mentioned. She was a former Tor editor who went out on her own and was doing freelance. I have a friend looking for an editor and I want to recommend he contact her but for the life of me I can't remember her name or website address.

Anyone know who I'm taking about?

An editor from Liquid Silver books is now running her own service which a lot of authors I know seem to think is high quality. I won't post it here in case that looks like spamming or whatever (although I have no connection to it or involvement in it) but I'll link anyone that wants to PM- to the site.
