Does anyone have any personal advice for doing an online portfolio?
Here's where I'm at. I'm in the process of once again revamping my online portfolio with my newfangled web design know-howz and also expanding it out of the book design niche. This time I'm including an index of multiple creative portfolios on the main page and I'm going to actually start a casual blog to link to as well.
Right now I'm doing one for each of these: social media, graphic design, photography, and copywriting. I have professional samples that have been published either online or in print for every portfolio. Each one seems like it's not that big, but all together it might appear a little overwhelming.
Do you guys think the scope of the portfolio might scare off potential clients/employers or do you think the renaissance aspect will work in my favor?
