This is an eleven-minute video of a happy bakery worker doing his job. Yeah, who'd want to watch that? You, that's who. It's surprisingly fascinating, with moments of bakery parkour for extra excitement.

Wow, that guy has a tonne of energy!

I found it interesting too. I've wondered for a while now what exactly happens in a bakery, and now I know. I don't think I could've done all that kneading without sweating profusely, even on a cold day.

That's amazing--and a testament to how having the right equipment makes a job easier. It would take me a few months to make as much bread as that guy just did.
