Do you use mailing list software to track your readers/fans and, if so, which one do you use?

I use Mail Chimp for my mailing list. It tracks all my members and shows how many of my emails actually get opened and whether or not the links inside get clicked.

I highly recommend Aweber. I've used them for the past 8 years (even before publishing books). Their analytics are very detailed.
