Hello all.

I am writing an article about falling in love with characters who only exist in books. I know that many a teenage girl has loved a character from Twilight, but what about the rest of us.

As a grown woman, sadly, I am not exempt from this. I have loved many a man who didn't really exist, including Captain Wentworth from Jane Austin's Persuasion, as well as a few more embarrassing ones (I'm looking at you Aragorn and Lestat.)

I'd love to hear about the leading men that you have fallen for and what, in your opinion, makes a good leading man.

You can reply here of by using the [redacted twitter hash tag] on twitter.

As a man, the only man I have ever loved is Vegeta. Arrogance and pride smeared over inner self-loathing mixed with unyielding tenacity. The unwavering belief they should be the best crashing into the reality that they are not.

God, I love that man.

Are you asking for people to be interviewed, or trying to generate a buzz for your article? Because honestly, this seems more social. Message me if you have a specific question and I'll reconsider leaving this open.
