I have an idea for a novel that is still in its infancy. I have most of the main story worked out, but I want to make it as historically accurate as possible.
My main protagonists are from Gaul and are resisting Roman conquest. I want to invent my own Gaulish/Celtic tribe for this, and they need a name. How would one build a name for such a tribe? I know many were named based on their location, but how would that name be constructed? Sorry, I know I am phrasing this awkwardly.
