I need a word...

Any linguists in the house?

So filial is of the relationship between parents and children
Fraternal/brotherly is between brothers
Sororal/sisterly is between sisters.

What the heck is it when it's between siblings of both genders? While fraternal is used for non identical twins of both gender, it seems too....masculine. Especially given the ways this particular group of people interact.

Any ideas?

Yes, but what's the adjectival of that noun? Therein lies my problem. Because siblingal looks silly.

Hmm perhaps so.

It just sounds a bit weird....(I mean I'd say brotherly rivalry, using the adjective form rather than the noun form. Fraternal is already an adjective, not a noun.) Also, usually the dictionary mentions is it can be used as a noun and an adjective.

Familial has also been suggested and I think it might fit the best
