I'll read your first chapter in exchange for suggestions and ideas on my historical romance outline. The outline is only twelve pages, so it will take about an hour to read and make a few suggestions. Simple!

Blue Marble Rose is the third book of a trilogy. The story begins in 1906. Jeremiah Clark has lost his business and his wife of twenty-five years through illness. At the lowest point in his life, he jumps a train for the end of the line, not caring for his own life. At the end of the tracks is a small mountain town and a little marble craft shop. Inside is the ravenous Lorena, a meteor from heaven sent to save Clark. Problem is, he is taken as a drifter by the close-knit community and finds himself in the center of a horrible industrial accident that claims the life of one of the town’s most prominent citizens. Clark is banned from Marble City but isn’t ready to let go of what he’s found there.
