View Full Version : (UPDATED) In a bar fight...

You get any 2 people to fight alongside you in a bar fight. Who and why?

Extra credit: Based on the 2 people you choose, if they did a team-based attack, what would it be (or be called)?

Personally, I'm going Achilles from Troy and Dalton from Road House. The mix of roundhouse kicks and the leaping sword stabs would take out any foe.

2 people to fight with me? I think I would like to get beaten up by The Joker from The Dark Knight, and...perhaps the Scarecrow as well.

Real people to fight alongside me, is that what you mean? No contest, the two Chucks--Norris and Zito. Badass to the bone.

Mythical? Superman and Batman, totally unbeatable. Screw Kryptonite. We'd mop up the floor with the opposition.

:)

Me, Myself, and I.

Gina Carano and Ronda Rousey. Should be self-explanatory. And like Celia, I'd be okay with taking the punishment, as well.

By with, do you mean they'd be fighting alongside me?

Fictional: Spider-Man (because he'd bring the funny) and Luke Cage.

Non-fictional:

This.

Buddy The Elf, so we could just hug it all out and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, just in case.

Kwai Chang Caine (ever watch any of the old Kung Fu series?) and, oh, maybe El Mariachi. I see no reason to mess around ;)

Bruce Lee (because he's freaking Bruce Lee) and Rowdy Roddy Piper (because of this scene (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-MVMbm6c0k))

Oh, maybe throw in Silver King, too. He likes to fight, doesn't he?

Autobots Sunstreaker and Sideswipe

Decepticons Barricade and Soundwave

Bruce Lee and Dylan Moran.

Some entertainment while Bruce fucks people up.

Hmm. He likes to fight verbally, doesn't he? :)

Now, if we're going for a girls' night out, I'll take Beatrix Kiddo and One-Eyed Elle (Kill Bill Vol. 2)

Adding Jet Li would be overkill. :tongue

Buffy and, um, hmm tough one... Jackie Chan?

I like some comedy with my pugilism. Although I love someone's suggestion of Dylan Moran. :D

AW brawl? Susie and Maryn. They never express violent thoughts on here, so I'm sure they're just trying to protect their secret identity as crime fighters.

Real people to fight alongside me, is that what you mean? No contest . . . Norris.

Chuck Norris never does pushups. He assumes the prone position and shoves the earth away to arm's length. What a guy.

Fictional? John Reese from Person of Interest with Harold Finch whispering into our earbuds. An unbeatable team.

Linda Hunt. Times two. Because I really liked her in The Year of Living Dangerously (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2k9d0c4sAM).

ETA: we might lose, though...

How about Noob Saibot from Mortal Kombat and Bane from Dark Knight Rises. Technically 3 but it still kicks ass.

Xtra. Cred: Team move: "The League of Shadows".

OOH! yeah, I think I'd take him over Bond...

I think you're right but it'd be fun to watch. She might surprise everyone!

Oh, maybe throw in Silver King, too. He likes to fight, doesn't he?
No, Ma'am. He avoids them whenever possible. He's been in a few scrapes, including bar fights, when his back was against the wall but prefers peaceful resolutions over the prospect of having his ass beaten to a pulp.

...In an AW bar brawl?
SilverKing and Regdog.
Oh for sure, me and Reg would make a formidable team that would scare away most opposition with our combined glare before the first punch was ever thrown. :box:

I don't know, that could backfire pretty quick.

If mooning backfires, wouldn't that count as an illegal toxic gas attack? I mean, bar fights have rules, right?

BradyH1861
03-03-2013, 06:32 AM
At the very least, you would run the risk of being the butt of your opponent's jokes.

And you might get behind in the fighting.

Are you confusing "bar fight" with "foreplay"?

BradyH1861
03-03-2013, 06:48 AM
I once had an English tourist call me a "cheeky fellow".

I took it as a compliment.

But I'd still take Me, Myself, and I in a bar fight.

I'd like a couple of xenomorphs fighting for me except I'm scared what would happen (to me) after we won.

Mine is quite boring, I'd have Sonny Liston and Joe Louis. Then I wouldn't even have to bother fighting, I could just kick back with my beer and watch. Also, I could then have a beer with Sonny Liston and Joe Louis, which would be pretty cool in itself.

What's the point of winning the bar fight if you're only going to become a gestational chamber afterwards.
