Re-sending a synopsis to an agent?

An agent has my full and also requested a synopsis. The synopsis, I now realize, doesn't fully spell everything that happens in the novel. It basically repeated the query. I sent the full a month ago. Should I re-send a better synopsis or leave it? Maybe it's a judgement call.
