My neighbours have FINALLY gone

After over a year of shouting, banging, tuneless singing, guitar playing, people coming and going in the middle of the night and my house stinking like an East End boozer in 1973 thanks to the constant smell of filthy roll ups soaking through the wall, my neighbours have gone.

Would anyone care to join me in a celebratory tipple?
