Hi everyone! I wasn't sure where to post this, but this seems a good a place as any. Feel free anyone to correct me if I'm wrong!

I love movies as much as books and I have a recomendation. There is a great film related to writing that I want you all to watch.

It's called Hamlet 2.

Pause for reactions.

Yes, Hamlet 2. Here's the bare plot. No spoiler warning!

The film is about a failed actor/writer who teaches drama at a small high school. When funding is cancelled he decides to write and put on an orignal play to raise money to save drama. The result is Hamlet 2. Because he just doesn't understand why everyone had to die and be so depressed. Wouldn't therapy have helped?

This movie stars Steve Coogan, Elisabeth Shue, and David Arquette. It is very funny and original, but it makes some very important point about writing, success, and achieving your dreams.

The film is R rated mainly for language. I found it at Walmart in a bargain pack of four films for five bucks. It's good enough to pay full price for. Funny, strange, weird, and in the end-awesome! Five stars!

Adaptation is a good one, too.
