First paying job

I have landed my first paying job that does not directly relate to my field of expertise. The job is still within the business writing field, but it's not in the computer industry. I am excited since I got the job though my own merit and not through my IT work.

I am off to interview my client.

Thank you. I am never adverse to little money. This will be a short, quick job (content writing for a ceramics class brochure). However, there is a possibility for future work and there is another instructor that is interested in the same for her classes. My years interviewing clients about their business processes has come in handy. I enjoyed the look on his face when I asked him how it feels to work with clay. Now I just have to capture that passion onto paper.

Now on to racking up a few rejections....
