I need a name for my column:

I go from ethnic grocery to ethnic grocery. My first is West African, but there's Korean/Japanese, Russian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Kosher, Caribbian, etc. in the future. The thin cut pot roast, is that a Japanese grocery? The one nearest me sells beef, pork and lamb sliced really thin for cooking in hot broth for shabu-shabu. I cook it in a non-stick pan for use in sandwiches, on the theory that it isn't as preservative-laden as deli sliced meat.
They also have frozen barbequed eel, which is why I go there.

So what did you name it?

Too late now, but I was gonna suggest: Incredible Edibles
