Is there a book festival in your state or country?

Good Heavens! There are hundreds of them every year in my state of Texas! PM me with the ones you have now down here and I'll add to the list (or post them and I'll post in return, for others who might like to know.) Now, I presume that you're talking about actual "festivals" versus conferences, right?

The coolest book fair I know of is the floating kind. But then, it's not restricted to this country - it goes all over the place, and apparently, it comes to Sri Lanka every few years or so.
