Name might not be familiar to many, by Ron Palillo was the actor who played the nerdy Arnold Horshack on the late '70s hit high school sitcom Welcome Back Kotter. His success in that hit role carried a big price:

He's the second actor of the four main characters to die recently, joining Robert Hegyes. Ironically, both died at the same age (I believe), and from the same cause (heart attack).
The other two actors are far more famous. Gabe Kaplan, who played the teacher, Kotter, is still around, and making TV as a professional high-stakes poker player.
