We're off to Burgundy next week, partly for the wine but also to see the Vix Treasure (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vix_Grave). (Celtic grave goods, from one unlooted high-status grave circa 500 BC)

I'm so, so excited. Anyone seen it?

No, thought I've written and lectured about it.

I'm soooooo very jealous.

I'll bring you back a piece. It'll prolly be small - not the krater or anything. Something I can stick in my pocket without being seen. A torc or something...

Ok?

OOOO!!!!

I'd be fine with one of the winged horses on the large torc's terminals.

Or even a carte postale.
