Blocked Phone Number

Different service providers provide different recorded messages. If a cell phone number has been blocked by Verizon, Qwest or Century Link, you will hear a message stating that the customer is not currently accepting calls.
This is for cell phones. I would guess land lines are similar but don't know.

Interesting question, and I don't know the answer. I have been the one doing the blocking, but to my knowledge no one has ever blocked me.
Had several robo fax numbers that were calling daily between 4-6 am. To a number that was not a fax machine.
