Kindle Help

I have a work of poetry and I am interested in (self) publishing to the Kindle. Has anyone (self) published to the Kindle and have advice for me? I have never tried to publish anything and I want this to go well. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you all!

I have a book of poetry in e-book format (and in paperback). I sell very few copies and didn't expect to sell very many. I self-published it for family and friends, even though others have purchased it as well. Poetry is a hard sell. Good luck.

There are a number of posts on the KDP Formatting forum ( http://forums.kindledirectpublishing.com/kdpforums/forum.jspa?forumID=13 ) about how to format a poetry book. Just do a search in the forum. Make sure you check your work for all devices in the Kindle previewer.
