Percentage to retailers?

I have some opportunites to place my book in non bookstore retailers. I don't have any experience in calculating a fair amount to offer the retailer.
Does any one have a suggested percentage to offer these retailers?

As Mike said, 40%. That's the typical percentage that is offered on books unless it's a big chain, then they want 55%, usually.
