Continuing what looks like a trend of StyleCareer.com eGuides in my freelance life, I'm working on one about becoming a Juice Bar Owner. Accordingly, I would love to interview some actual Juice Bar Owners. The Juice Bar in question can be independent stores or chain outlets; either will do. In fact, it would be great to get ahold of representatives of both sorts.
Anyone out there fit the description and want to talk to me? Anyone out there know someone you can point in my direction?
It'll be a simple email interview, although if any contacts get really feisty and want to chat with me on the phone about it I'm all ears. My manuscript deadline is Jan 23, so it would be great to have all interviews finished on or before the 20th.
