I don't think it's ever take this long. Should I be worried? There doesn't even seem to an option to cancel it and republish it.

Don't be worried. It's been slow lately. I pushed out a new book 2 weeks ago and it took three full days to show up. They say on the site it can be up to 72 hrs. If it goes longer than that, contact them.
