I've been meaning to post this for a while. Since Ireland seems to be the topic du jour, I'll stop procrastinating and get on with it.
My screenplay takes place in Ireland and America. Several characters are Irish.
While I've done tons of research on Irish English and could probably write my Irish characters to speak heavy Irish-English (i.e., it's the craic, innit?!), I've gone very gentle on this.
Still and all, I'm concerned I may have slipped up. (For example, used "you're kidding," instead of "you're joking me," or "fill out the form" instead of "fill in the form.")
If I put a doc together of all the lines spoken by the Irish characters -- just the lines, straight down the page, would it be asking too much for a Water Cooler Irish member to take a look? I could reciprocate by critting something.
