For those who don't know, Pelotas is the 2nd most humid city in the planet, losing only by London! And today a mist is upon us! Should I worry? I watched The Mist last week...

Here's a normal photo of Pelotas followed by a one of today:

There's a huge square at the corner of my street and I can't see any of it...

And if you ever find yourself sitting in a car with a bunch of people, all depressed about your chances of making it out alive: DON'T SHOOT THEM!

That LOOKS humid.

I just went for a walk here and I'm drenched. It's 81 with 71% humidity at 9 a.m. Gonna be a hot one.

Wonder what the first most humid city is?

Well, I survived, but there's another fog now...

The humidity here is something awful... Freezing cold at winter and ridiculous hot in summmer. And one day I saw marking 100% humidity in the city without rain.

The first most humid city is London!

I can say with absolute certainty that London is not the most humid city in the world. It's in the wrong spot on the map. :)

The most humid cities in the world are located in South and Southeast Asia, especially those closest to the equator and bodies of water, e.g., Kolkata, Bangkok and Manila.

It's been pretty humid the last few days (better today) but no, generally London and surroundings isn't excessively humid. I see from the forecast that it's about 50% today, due to go up to 75% tonight.

Great photos though!

ETA: worst humidity I ever experienced was while working in the Med. 120 in the shade, 95% humidity, physical job. I thought I was going to die...lol

Pelotas is beautiful, or at least the part in the photo.

We get 100% humidity without rain in the SE US fairly frequently. It can't be ignored, the grocery store has an entire aisle of hair calming products.
