I would love to find a beta reader or two who will comment on any number of about six 1,000 word +/- travel vignettes that are designed to provide narrative for a cookbook/travelog - a book combined with photography, recipes and travel stories that will find home on the coffee table or the kitchen.

In turn, I would be happy to read chapters of your book or manuscript.

Goals:
I'm interested in a beta reader to comment on these standalone vignettes. I'm hoping for honest feedback. Do these stories grab you, interest you, inspire you or make you curious? Is the writing colorful?

The idea of the book is simply to inspire people to taste adventure. Travel and experience people and cultures from all over the world—from the comfort of their living room or kitchen—by reading stories, looking at photographs and cooking unique, yet easy to prepare food.
