The post is about three years old, so odds are it was posted here in another thread, just one that's considerably buried at this point.

I know I've seen it before, and since most of the writing-related articles I read are from AW, I'm guessing that's where I saw it first.

While the post shatters illusions that hitting the NYT Bestseller list will make you millions, I think it's nice to know you can make the list without following some secret strategy that only people in the know are aware of.

I'm pretty sure that we had a very thorough discussion about this when the NYT bestseller concerned originally blogged about this. As it's now three years old, and the OP has been banned for spamming, I see no point in keeping this thread open.
