Just some good news. I am published in the December issue of Birdkeeper Magazine. http://www.ipcmedia.com/magazines/birdkeeper
I saw a recent ad for this UK publication and sent off a quick query to the editor in October for a piece that I had lying around. In November I got a response from someone else at the magazine asking me for my personal info to send a 'cheque' as my story (bird training) was going to be published in the December 2005 issue.
I've never had such a short turnaround in a printed publication!
