Have been a buyer for years, and now need to sell several hundred copies of my book. I don't have the slightest notion of how to even set up pages for the hardcover and paperback copies, let alone special things like a form for people to fill in what they want inscribed, etc.--as I will be able to personalize them. Also, no idea of what pitfalls to avoid or things to do to make the product page or product better. Any suggestions on anything appreciated! Thanks!
