Forty-three years of age, I stay peacefully in the Highlands of Scotland. A qualified nurse by profession, I now work full-time as a novelist.
Inspired to take the plunge into the literary world by an Acting and Performance course which I undertook at Inverness college and by my fantastic girlfriend, I subsequently wrote a play entitled A Dozen Black Roses which proved to be the prequel to my novels.
Take me to Paradise(available as an e-book on Amazon.com) and An Eternal Flame(available as an e-book from Amazon and in paperback form from Fast-Print.net and from all major online retailers. It is also stocked in selected bookstores.) form the first two books in the Seven Hill series. The second novel introduces Detective Sergeant Jack. 2012 will see me once more sat in my office writing my third novel. Jimmy Jack, now a Detective Inspector will no doubt be doing his upmost best to clean up Scotland whilst wrestling with his convoluted private life.
