partial androgen insensitivity syndrome

first i would like to say i don't mean to offend any one I'm simply here to learn
I'm currently working on a character who has partial androgen insensitivity syndrome, now the problem i have is most of the little information Ive found talks about genetics and basically the chemistry of it. i would like it if the kind people here could teach me about the condition in basic, practical terms like what would the physical and psychological aspects be. also what medicines would my character probably need. i thank you for any info you can give me

OK - she had full androgen insensitivity syndrome (so it wasn't spotted until the later teenage years) but it's a great first-person explanation.
