ANTIBIOTICS!

Found out on New Year's Eve, after 6 hours in emergency, that I have pneumonia. Before I started the medication, with a fever of 103+ and barely able to breathe, I thought I was going to die.

What do you thank God (or whomever) for?

The NHS. Everytime I hear how much medication etc costs in America.......

I changed the thread title to Goodness from God. This way we can avoid any religious undertones to the discussion, which I believe you didn't intend but might be misinterpreted by others reading along.
