I'm writing a fantasy/romance novella set under the sea about mermaids and gods and goddesses. It features a big underwater castle that has rooms with names like the central dome and the warrior dome. My question is do I write those room names in capitals Warrior Dome or just warrior dome? I'm in the middle of rewrites and want to get it right.

Suit yourself -is it simply the way you identify the areas for the readers' benefit (warrior dome) or is the actual proper name of the area (Warrior Dome).

My castle has two towers. One is named Florinda's Tower, the other is Lerben's Tower. I use caps.

It depends if it's the official name. When we refer to the planet, we say Earth, but when we refer to the ground, we say earth.

If Warrior Dome is the name, then do it in caps.
