A Beautifully Written 5-Star Review of Summer on Fire!

This had me crying at 2:30 in the morning. It's an INCREDIBLE review of my baby. I still have a hard time accepting (and grasping that my work is worthy of) praise. It goes against everything in me. This one is somehow getting in:

Thank you so much. I'm just in shock over it. You hope that you conveyed what you wanted to convey when you write...but you never truly know. This review tells me I'm in the ballpark. I so wanted the story to be about the things the reviewer touched on. It's total validation not in my writing, but in reaching my intent with the words.

A little bit of news to add...I've since received a couple more 5 star reviews...but even more exciting---a second local high school English teacher contacted me. They are using Summer on Fire in classes here! The first school...I will actually be making an appearance. ;-) the dept head purchased several copies.
