Things I Hate About November...

The start of all the really blatant Christmas ads push. Especially if it starts before Thanksgiving.

The start of radio stations and stores playing Christmas music. Especially if it starts before Thanksgiving.


My birthday is also in November. It's also when the next installment in my favorite game is launched. And this year, Nickelback as a new album coming out. This month should be pretty fine, overall.

Raking leaves. Days keep getting shorter. Christmas anything starting, way too early I may add. Days keep getting chillier.

Good thing though, my writing mojo returns, since I have no desire to be outside anymore.

It's a month and three weeks before the winter solstice and I want my sunlight back now dammnit! I get depressed just thinking about it. =(

Nothing! I love November. It's cold, and the snow's starting fall in earnest (if it hasn't already for the past two months). Lots of leftover candy from Halloween (we get NO kids--heck, the town only HAS one kid), and there's Thanksgiving to plan for. It's cozy in the house, especially with the fireplace roaring. Ahhhh....

I like November. It's not too hot yet, and it's the month for NaNo!

I've probably written more total words in Novembers than I have in every other month combined.

November is the month I am most productive.

I love November, too.
The cool to cold weather helps my writing.
The world quiets down and becomes introspective.
I like the dead look of the trees. It fires my imagination.
It's good for cooking and baking.
My birthday is this month.

Nothing, because it's my birthday. I'm going to be 18 on the 18th of the 11th, '11. Cool or what?

No one steal my identity, please. Lol

Plus, it's Bonfire Night on Saturday x

There are two birthdays this month in my family. My daughter's and her grandma's. Then my husband is broke because my birthday falls between them and Christmas.

But I'm easy. I'll take a house cleaning, dinner cooked and a foot rub.


I like November's cool weather but here in So Cal it's still hot. I still use the AC and pretend it's fall. I have been sweating and hot flashing since May. Make it stop!!!

But the most thing I love about November is the changing colors of the leaves on the trees. It always amazes me.

Things I hate about November:

I have to pull in the porch furniture.

I'z cold.

Can't sit on the beach anymore unless I'm dressed like an eskimo.

It's my sister's birthday and my parents' wedding anniversary and I miss them.
