Mod Note:

Slid this one over to paying markets. The local Mod may decide it needs to be back in Movies. If so, apologies.

Welcome to the 'Cooler.

I'm assuming you only want one script per email. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Gale, the OP hasn't been back since their last post. You may want to e-mail them your question

Thanks regdog. I wrote a few scripts and I might contact them.

Unfortunately it appears that this is not someone who works directly for the company, but probably a copywriter getting paid 50 cents a forum and blog post (https://www.odesk.com/jobs/Post-information-the-forums-and-blogs_~~f3efe59a73f3db6e?tot=175&pos=6&_redirected). And it also appears that there is considerable debate on the net over whether ADA will become a scam for artists and writers, seeing as the first clause does not include "to the best of your knowledge" and as such places all copyright responsibility on the writer and artists. Considering that they are asking for satirical works, which can be highly sensitive to fair use lawsuits, I advise others to proceed with caution.

This is the same company from this link right? -- http://absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=226652

I sent something to the address listed on that thread on Nov 2 but never received a response. The email address listed here seems to be a different one though. I'm not quite sure what to make of that but will try forwarding my old submission to the new address.

That's unusual, but at least you know both are associated with the domain for the site.

That's true. Will post if I receive any responses this time around.

Net chatter indicates that they do not send rejections, but only the rare acceptance...
