Is it possible - permissible - to play roulette by just putting $100.00 on Black, and if you lose, put $200.00 on black, and just keep upping the bet until it finally goes to black? and just keep doing that all night long? Or would the casino kick you out before you were able to get your money back?

Statistically you'd still lose money so I can't see why they'd stop you. Even in the best-case scenario you'd only break even, I can't see why you'd bother.

Most casinos have minimum and max bets on each table. So you could keep doubling down until you hit that max bet.

This is called the Martingale (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martingale_(betting_system)) system and there's a reason casinos put caps on it.

To show an example, this page has a list of the minimum/maximum bet for each Atlantic City casino's roulette tables.

I second what The Grift said. Even if you had unlimited funds, the max bets would quickly become a problem.

There are some tables with no limits(more often found in vegas) but they usually go with the rule no martingales on those tables.
