One of them (the fattest) is stretched out on the carpet, cleaning herself, looking very large and huggable. The others are hiding or sleeping on my bed.

I have just chastised her for sharpening her claws on the rug; she knows not to do this, and she has a scratching post.
As usual, she stops scratching, and rolls over, looking adorable and kittenish, exposing her belly as if to say "pat my belly, please?"
Of course if you try to pat her belly, she grabs you, claws out, and tries to rabbit punch your hand and arm.

Now Tassi is curled up on the back of the couch, sleeping. Telly is stretched out on the stairs going up so when Housemate finally comes down, she can't help but step on the cat and create much fuss and bother.

Ah. I wondered what Splodge was doing for a moment. Then I heard the SKNRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT sound coming from the computer.
It has a large upright fan in the front of it. For some reason she finds it fascinating and will happily spend an hour repeatedly sticking her paw in it.
Looshkin had to get off his daddy-bed since the other half couldn't just sit still for 8 hours straight, so now he's gone to sulk under the bed.

The chipmunks in my back yard are having a field day with the abundant acorns the oak is shedding.

Blue is on his next rounds of naps until the kids get home from school. He finally made his appearance yesterday when his girlfriend came home from school. He crawled right up in her neck and wrapped his arm around her hugging her tight.

Chest/neck cuddles are the best. Mine like the shelf/pillow my boobs make. Although Loosh' makes an annoying habit of pressing his back feet against my throat when he does it. ¬_¬

Jon crawled into my arms and is trying desperately to nap on my while I write. He is the snuggle bug of the pair.

He is something else. He follows her around the house too. If she's in bed with me he's there too. He sleeps on her pillow. He waits for her to get home from school by the front door. And if she spends the night out he'll wait for her by the door until he figures out she's not coming home. I have to take and post some pictures of his neck snuggles. It's so funny. But the part we don't like is that he has dominated her and bites her once in a while when he's mad at her. Not a hard bite but hard enough to leave red marks. Booger.

I managed to get my chair back last night. Now she's licking something off her paw, probably because she stuck it in fish water. She wants to see if the stew is right or not yet. She's sitting on her cat condo, looking out the window like an old lady watching the neighborhood. She does this most of the day. I think it's because she's in cahoots with one of the cats across the courtyard.

Mine waited until I woke up before he went to his food bowl. He doesn't always do it, but he prefers to eat when someone is watching him and, preferably, stroking him.
Now he's probably outside my bedroom wondering when I'm next stepping into the kitchen.
