I am a new author and finished a non-fiction ms after 2 years. I sent about 30 queries and have had one request for a book proposal. I sent the proposal and just received another request for "any and all works."
Ok, what does "any and all works" mean?
Also, my friend told me I couldn't send out my proposal or ms until I hear back from the first agent. Is this true?
What are the rules?
