Need help w/ cover and edit

I don't even know if this is the right place for this. I have been gone for awhile, but am renewing my writing efforts. So I need help. I need a new cover and a editor. The old cover is what is in the handle. The new title is going to be The Duke's Chance or something like that. I haven't decided yet. It is a historical romance, so someone in the genre would be great. Any help would be great. Thanks!

If you need a cover and an editor, I'd go for the editor first.

Quite a few freelance editors out there. You can google 'satima editor' and you should come up with a fellow Australian who happens to be keen on Fantasy & SF.

JA Konrath has a cover designer in his blog sidebar.

Sorry if I'm missing the obvious here, but where is your old cover? If you mean your avatar, I can't make it out. If you meant the link in your sig, I couldn't find the cover.
