Had a bit of a scare last night: a spider on my bed that I failed to kill. I couldn't find it afterwards, so I enlisted the help of my much less arachnaphobic sister. She rubbed mint extract on the bedframe and placed extract-soaked cottonballs in strategic locations. The scent flushed the spider out so my sis could squish it.
I want make mint sachets to keep the spiders away. The most readily available sources of mint I have are mint extract and mint teabags. For now I can put the extract on the cottonballs and wrap the teabags in kleenex, but I get the feeling that I can do better than that.
Any suggestion? Thanks!
