Toin Beau Cooley.

ái = oy

The n in Cúalnge is silent; it's a marker of sounds being dropped because it's in the genitive form.

Bó = equals cattle; cognate with Greek and Sanskrit, and Modern English Bovine.

Táin is usually translated as "raid," with the title being The Cattle Raid of Cooley. It's really "drive"; The Cattle Drive of Cooley. People go with raid because the drive is an instance of good old fashioned cattle-rustling, specifically, of rustling a particular bull.

Yup, that's pretty much it

Thaw - in Boh Cool - nya

with the "a" at the end being a "schwa", i.e. almost uninflected.
