I've never seen one.

I have seen a space shuttle fly over being carried by a 747 (one time they moved them from Florida to Ft. Campbell when a hurricane was expected).

The weirdest large plane is probably one made by the US back in the 60s or 70s. The thing was massive. I think they only made one of them. There is a video of it actually sucking a fighter plane into one of its engines (and then crashing). They decided not to built any more of them.

Back in the 80s I worked on the building where they were building wings for the B-1b bomber. They took a dim view of things being photographed inside the plant we discovered.

I used to work near a military base. I've seen everything from huge supply carriers that shook the very ground the stealth bombers, F 14 Tomcats, Blue Angels and a plane that was a prototype spy drone that was later used in the Afghan and Iraqi wars.

I grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee, home of the 101st.

The best Blue Angels airshow I remember was back when they still used F-4s. Those big, smokey planes doing aerobatics were more impressive than the sleek planes they use now.

Will ya quit with the peas? Geeeez.

One of the saddest things I've ever seen is an aircraft graveyard near the Mojave Desert. Once beautiful airliners just rotting away.

It was pretty cool to see the thing in the air. It looks too big to fly. I went on the flightdeck of one once - mothballed, so it was shut up in a hangar, but it was still pretty impressive.

I guess the blue angels must be your version of the red arrows? Air Force display team? The red arrows couldn't make it this year, because they're apparently off on active service, but they really are a sight to see.

The Blue Angels are US Navy's demonstration team. The Thunderbirds are the US Air Force's demonstration team. I've seen both of them several times.

Silly cat.

Have you ever tried to fold and put away clothes that just came out of the dryer with a cat around?

"A new bed!"

"That is not a bed. Those are pants."

"A new bed!"

"Get off of there!"

"A new bed!"
