If the novel's not finished, I call them crit partners. :)

But sure, as long as you're upfront about it being an incomplete first draft, you can post a request.

Or, you can hang out a bit in SYW, get to know people, and ask someone to be your crit partner. (I have the best crit partners in the world - okay, fine, I may be a little biased - and I found them in SYW. I read their pieces. They critiqued mine. I sent them a PM asking if they wanted to be crit partners. They said yes.)
