You'd think this would be an easy thing to just Google, but I'm not getting anything. My question is a simple one: Do Muslims typically capitalize "he" when referring to God the same way Christians and Jewish people do?

I'm no expert, but all the English translations of the Quran that I've seen do capitalize He or Him when referring to Allah.

For example: http://quran.com/

Just picking a page at random: http://quran.com/6

As AC says. Also, they usually use Allah instead of He or Him. When they do use a pronoun, yes, it is capitalized. At least here in Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim country and also in Malaysia, predominantly Muslim.
