Bring to... bear, right?

Yep; bring to bear. This is in most unabridged dictionaries, but Google is also useful in such cases.

I note, for the trivia minded, that as a child seeing bring to bear in (I think) Alcott's Little Men, puzzled me mightily because there was a character named Bear.

unless its erotica, then it could be "bring to bare"

Or if the characters are going to a bar it might be bring to beer.

Or non-fiction wildlife expenditions that Bring to Bear.

Or if you need pain relief, bring to Bayer.
